As your therapist, I bring an approach as unique as you are. I have a background in Somatic Trauma Healing as well as DBT, ACT, and many modalities in between to aid you in your journey. Maybe you’re stuck in the same argument with your partner, or getting out of bed feels like climbing a mountain. Whatever life throws at you—stress, trauma, relationship struggles, or just wanting more joy—I’m here to help you find your footing with compassion and real tools that work.
