Working with Morgan
I'm an AMFT offering trauma-informed, relational therapy for individuals, couples, and teens seeking culturally-responsive care. Before my clinical training, I spent fifteen years in childcare and postpartum support as a professional nanny, shaping my attachment-focused approach to care.
I specialize in neurodivergent individuals navigating anxiety, depression, PMDD, identity development, emotional regulation, consensual non-monogamy, sexual intimacy, gender dysphoria, late-diagnosedASD and ADHD, and complex trauma. I'm particularly passionate about supporting clients through major life transitions, including divorce, prenatal and postpartum adjustment, faith deconstruction, and existential concerns.
My style is calm and grounded, blending collaborative challenge with playful attunement to help clients revise unhelpful patterns, strengthen self-esteem, and build nervous system regulation. My approach integrates psychodynamic, attachment-based, and narrative frameworks with CBT, DBT, somatic grounding, and mindfulness — always strengths-based and non-pathologizing.
As an ex-Mormon, bisexual, polyamorous divorcée, I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience to this work. I provide affirming, culturally-attuned care for LGBTQ+, CNM, neurodivergent, and religiously deconstructing clients.
