Our Practice
Therapy at Nest is a California-based clinical practice specializing in trauma-informed mental health services. We provide virtual psychotherapy, psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, and group therapy services to individuals, couples, families, and teens throughout California and Colorado.
Our practice emerged from years of community-based wellness work and a deep understanding that healing happens best in supportive, non-judgmental environments. We've created a therapeutic "nest"—a safe space where clients can explore, process, and grow at their own pace.
Note: Our sister organization, NEST Harm Reduction, provides on-site support services, risk reduction education, and training programs for festivals, events, and organizations. While we share the same foundational values, Therapy at Nest focuses exclusively on clinical mental health services.
