Working with Heidi
As a therapist, I (she/her) offer a warm, grounded space where you can explore your story at your own pace. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and integrative, blending somatic awareness, parts work, harm reduction, and deep listening. I work collaboratively, with the belief that healing happens in the presence of safety, curiosity, and compassion.
I specialize in supporting individuals navigating complex trauma, grief, identity exploration, and relational challenges. I have a particular focus on working with people who have experienced harm in spiritual or psychedelic contexts, including misuse by facilitators, guides, or therapists during altered states. My work is rooted in consent, autonomy, and honoring the body’s wisdom.
In addition to being a therapist, I’m a trained herbalist and have run plant-based healing businesses for over a decade. My connection to earth-based practices often informs how I move through the world & work with clients, with integrated awareness, gentle presence, and a deep respect for the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit.
I identify as pansexual and neurodivergent, and I welcome clients of all identities and lived experiences. These aspects of my identity deeply inform the way I hold space, with respect for diverse ways of thinking, feeling, and relating.

A little bit more about Heidi:
Outside of therapy, I enjoy rock climbing, hiking, swimming in large bodies of water, crafting of all sorts including crocheting, sewing, leather work, & macramé. I'm also a proud cat mom to five adorable cats, and I dream of one day opening a cat sanctuary!
In addition to my work as a therapist, I’m a trained herbalist and have run my own herbal medicine business for the past 10 years. My background in plant-based healing and earth-centered wisdom guides how I live, with holistic mindfulness, humility, & a sense of awe for the invisible threads that link our experiences.
